I am a marketing research strategist with more than 25 years experience in the global healthcare industry and extensive experience in medical devices. I have always believed that knowing “about” your customers is not the same thing as really “knowing” your customers and in 1998 I founded Ladd Research Group to help my clients do just that.For over 20 years I have been uncovering insights for clients and have been helping them make challenging strategic business decisions. I have conducted over 500 focus groups and 10,000 in-depth interviews with physicians, patients, nurses, c-suite administrators, educators, pharmacists and many other healthcare providers, in a wide variety of therapeutic categories. My projects span the entire product/business life-cycle including ideation, new concept evaluation, competitive landscape assessments, segmentation, positioning, market launch initiatives, and repositioning/rebranding.What I love about what I do is that every project is an opportunity to learn something new and what I learn may ultimately improve the lives of patients.
