Development, implementation and stabilisation of the CPA Australia Best Practice Program that aims to assess and support Public Practitioners meet their Professional and Ethical obligations.

Risk and internal audit consulting for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities included:- Managing a team of auditors based across Asia Pacific (Australia, Indonesia and China).- Developing a sound audit plan based on a risk-based assessment of the operational, cultural and financial control environment.- Executing planned and surprise audits at O-I locations across the Asia Pacific in accordance with the approved audit plan.- Supporting a Joint Venture's Audit & Risk Committee as Committee Secretary.- Supporting Management with functional deep dives to improve operational processes and internal controls.NB: In August 2020, Visy Packaging purchased O-I's ANZ operations and organizational restructuring ensued.

Co-ordinate the consolidated reporting of the monthly ZBB (Zero Based Budget) forecasting and reporting for Australia, New Zealand & Papua New Guinea (ANP); coordinate with stakeholders to drive further cost reductions across fixed costs for ANP.

Reporting directly to the ANZ Group Financial Controller, responsibilities include management of the general ledger and financial reporting team supporting Heinz Australia, Heinz Wattie's New Zealand and Hugo Canning (Papua New Guinea); preparation of Australian and New Zealand IFRS statutory accounts; local administrator for Blackline Account Reconciliation system for Heinz Australia and Heinz Wattie's New Zealand; and management of the Financial Compliance teams in Australia and New Zealand responsible for the implementation, execution and reporting of the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President - Corporate Audit, responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive audit plans for the Heinz businesses in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. This involves managing a team of four to evaluate financial and operational controls as well as compliance to Company policies and procedures.

Plan and perform operational and financial audits on Heinz affiliates within the Asia Pacific region; leading teams of up to four members during the audits; reporting to senior management on the findings and areas for improvement.

Reporting directly to the Regional Audit Manager - Asia Pacific, responsibilities included the planning and performing of operational and financial audits on Heinz affiliates in North America and the Asia Pacific region; presenting to senior management the findings and areas for improvement.

Responsibilites include executing financial and internal control audits over a range of clients that included manufacturing, health care and state government departments.

External (financial) audits of middle market clients within the Deloitte Growth Solutions group. Client industries mainly comprised manufacturing and trading entities.

External (financial) audit of clients in the banking, finance, manufacturing, technology and service industries, with some exposure to Corporate Finance due diligence audits.
