Current- Interact directly with patients, physicians, and pharmacies to provide patients with access to prescription medications care on behalf of copay assistance programs.
- Provide 'white glove' service managing the patient experience from start to finish by providing program information, eligibility, reimbursement support, and ease of use of 5 client copay assistance programs.
- Express empathy and compassion to assist a daily average of 60 patients obtain health care.
- Refer patient requests for escalation (as needed) and engage other internal areas, such as Program Management, Information Technology, and other Contact Center teams to resolve issues.
- Provide input and feedback to Quality Management and Training to improve procedures and training.
