CurrentEvent Planning and Management:Event Conceptualization: Create and develop unique concepts for a wide range of events, from corporate events, family days and festivals.Logistics Coordination: Handle all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, decorations, AV setup, transportation, registration, and accommodation.Vendor & Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, caterers, entertainers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.On-site Management: Oversee event operations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure the smooth running of all activities.Budgeting: Plan and manage the event budget, monitor expenses, and ensure events are cost-effective.Tracking expenses and ensuring the event stays within budget constraints.Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate with the Marcom (Marketing & Communications) team to promote events and promotions through various channels such as: Social media platforms, Website, eDM, Push notifications & Electronic posters and other advertisements. Brand Awareness: Ensure all events and marketing materials align with the brand image and help build long-term brand recognition.Consistency in Messaging: Oversee that consistent messaging and branding are maintained across all event touchpoints, from invitations to post-event follow-ups.Ticketing and RSVP Management:Oversee and manage event ticket sales or RSVPs through designated event portals.Monitor attendee registrations and provide relevant updates to ensure smooth event execution.Post-Event & Campaign Evaluation:Reporting:Generate post-event reports evaluating success, budget performance, and attendee feedback.Data Analysis & Feedback:Analyze engagement data and marketing performance, while collecting feedback from attendees and vendors for continuous improvement.
