Held posts on the Oval UK Corporate Service Group, and Arthur J Gallagher Regional Executive team. At local level I was responsible for P & L delivery for the office as a whole, including preparation and monitoring of budgets. Retained responsibility as direct line manager for Corporate Service team, as well as line manager for the Coventry office management team, also dealing with high level HR matters, Health & Safety etc. Encouraged and promoted development of Apprentice training programme for future staff development, and other staff to complete their professional training. Implemented succession planning within the office, and now supporting new managing director through transition in this role from 2015.
