I conduct all facets of environmental compliance consulting work, including permitting and reporting, permit negotiation, compliance audits, and compliance assistance. I routinely address air emissions, storm water, community right-to-know, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater issues on behalf of industrial clients. I have prepared and reviewed air permit applications including Title V Permits, Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit (FESOP), Minor Source Operating Permits (MSOP), Source Specific Operating Agreements (SSOAs), Registrations and Permits by Rule (PBR), for clients from various industries, and also been involved in the negotiation of Notices of Violation (NOV)/Agreed Orders (AO) and enforcement actions with various state regulatory agencies and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The various industrial categories include, but are not limited to, foundries, utilities, surface coating operations, woodworking operations, metalworking facilities, automotive products manufacturers, plastic molding and machining, food production, hospitals, asphalt plants, wood treatment facilities, paper product manufacturers, pharmaceutical, and mineral products.
