Experienced IT Programme and Project Manager, managing programmes worth up to $7 million NZD, from one month to three years duration, with teams of 40+ people (local, remote and offshore), across multiple functional departments including customer, internal teams and external vendors. Well versed with the full Systems Development Life Cycle from business case, requesting and responding to RFPs, project delivery to transition to operations.   In my role as Programme Manager at Datacom I have:- Managed the programme to build, fitout and relocate Datacom Auckland from 5 seperate buildings to a new purpose-built office for 1200 staff (Project Tahi, 3 year programme).- Setup and managed a small PMO dedicated to the Fletcher Building group of companies. My team averaged 9 people, including PM's, technical consultants and an administrator (2 years).- Managed the programme to technically separate UDC Finance from ANZ Bank (2 years).- Managed the Security Enhancements programme for Earthquake Commission/Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake, alongside assisting with their name change (16 months).- Managed the Change workstream for an internal Datacom project to implement a new billing system for Managed Services (1 year).- Managed transitions for new Datacom customers - including technical migrations and service support transition for multiple infrastructure and application services.
