Connecting people and businesses to their true vision and aspirations is what I do best.My passion for making connections started with a project that I conducted in New York City, when I developed a system to help women find their significant others online. It was a system of questions, structure, and research. I went on to teach that system and wrote a book titled, Live Your Purpose, Love Your Work. That’s the path that led to the start of my professional coaching program. I went on to found my own company, Creative Blueprints for Leaders, which helps executives create magic in their business by helping them make better decisions, create accountability and generate growth. I want to help leaders relieve that feeling of isolation, improve change management results, and become the Leader they are meant to be in Business and in Life.Before I agreed to become a Vistage Chair, I had already been a member for 11+ years. It helped me elevate my leadership skills and style, and boosted my self-confidence. Without the support of my Vistage peer group, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve as much as I have, like helping Easterseals New Jersey grow from $60M in revenues to $180M, and more. Now, I want to guide others to achieve their great successes.
