I have extensive experience as a detail-oriented administrator and project leader with specific expertise in overseeing IT capabilities, building software programs, and training staff. I maximize technology and manage data to make projects and offices run smoothly and efficiently, while keeping colleagues organized, efficient, and on-time. For many years I worked for a holding company, simultaneously managing data and technology for multiple projects, tasks, and people at numerous locations. I identified, implemented, and often designed software and technology solutions to address inefficiencies in manufacturing, sales/service and member companies. I have also worked at Progressive Insurance as a Rules and Rates Specialist, working to expand Progressive’s Owner/Operator division into new states. Recently, I have put my skills to use as a paraprofessional, assisting with and documenting special-needs students’ progress. But most of my career has been in IT management, manufacturing administration, and operations and I look forward to returning to an environment that will benefit from my project management and IT skills.
