After a 25 year career in education management, recruitment, admissions and counselling at the University of Toronto, I was awarded the TutorBright Mississauga franchise. My last position at the University of Toronto was Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Rotman School of Management. My experience in recruitment and admissions proved that many students discovered, when it was too late to change directions, that they did not have the grades needed for university. As a counsellor, I worked with students who were in academic trouble and was able to help them get back on a successful academic path. I am also a parent of a university student and know what it’s like to be concerned about your child’s grades.
