Leading and supporting the business in all Human Resources related services to include legal compliance, employee welfare, employee matters, compensation, rewards and benefits, communications, performance management, recruitment and retention and training and development. - Line Manager Responsibilities for Admin and HR Team- Management of the full recruitment, selection and engagement process for both onshore and offshore candidates- Responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of the employee induction program- Management of the contractor engagement process for company in line with IR35 legislative requirements- Consult with management on employee relations issues e.g. grievance, redundancy, disciplinary- Management of the company Immigration Sponsorship License (UKVI)- Develop, implement and revise employee welfare policies in line with business and ISO requirements- Management of the Compensation and Benefit schemes.- Identity, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives- Management of the company ICheme Accredited Training Scheme (ACT)- Communicate key HR reporting including attrition, absence, compensation, overhead costs and headcount.- Continuously develop and implement the company performance and appraisal management system that is linked to the core vision and objectives of the business. Provision of on-going consultation to management on performance related issues.- Consult with senior management on the salary review process identifying factors such as salary review budget, individual performance, labour market rates and internal equity to ensure fair and equitable review of salaries within the business.- Responsible for ensuring company operates in line with employment legislation and health and safety at work legislation.
