With over 35 years of experience in the real estate/building industry I find that my passion for the industry grows stronger each and every year. I have been with Demlang Builders, Inc. for my entire career and have successfully worn many different hats within the company. I started my career in the office and branched out into sales. I was a sales consultant, prior to moving into the position of sales manager/trainer, where I lead and trained up to eight team members at a time. I have since moved into a role as office manager where I am active on our marketing committee, handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, bidding, estimating and contract preparation along with various other duties. I have been a licensed broker with the State of Wisconsin since 1987. I currently hold a Certified Construction Professional designation from the Metropolitan Builders Association as well as a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification from the State of Wisconsin.
