Ma’s Pasta is a dry pasta manufacturer located in Austin, TX supplying over 50 varieties of pasta to food service customers. While we are technically woman owned, we prefer to think of ourselves as family owned. We started the business in 2002 to accommodate Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods and have grown into a supplier for a variety of food service accounts. We pride ourselves on making pasta the traditional Italian way; low and slow, which means low drying temperature and long run times which gives pasta its flavor and firm “al dente” texture. Over time we have been able to incorporate ways to make more diverse pasta for our customers.

Michael Angelo's Importing was born by importing special ingredients for Michael Angelo's Gourmet Foods. We have since curated a boutique wine and specialty food importing company.
