Current- Partner with corporate and senior local leadership to align HR strategies and provide solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with station management to provide strategic guidance for employee relations, change management, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Coach and consultant on organizational effectiveness, human capital, leadership, culture, teambuilding, and training.
- Serve as HR and coach to assigned business groups and bringing the people strategy to life.
- Lead workforce planning for all assigned business groups.
- Interpret data analytics to understand business results and actively pursue planning with business leaders.
