Initiated an ongoing and active annual involvement of dozens of middle school and high school musicians in NCCSA Music clinic as well as successfully planning the first ever trip to Disney in 2009, both events now part of the music education curriculum of the band program. Still plan to work at the school as Color Guard Director, but will no longer be on faculty in order to move into coaching and training full-time.
