Accountable for managing various SAP projects, including a Greenfields SAP implementation, replacing the legacy Amsoft (American Software) EPR System. This was a staggered implementation of SAP modules, whilst interfacing into Amsoft until the full SAP deployment was complete.Responsibilities included managing multiple project teams, significant change management, vendor and stakeholder engagement, business case development, project planning and budgeting and ongoing reporting, against plan and budget to Steering committee.
