I was responsible for completing the bookkeeping and VAT returns for various clients, using Sage and Excel. This involved all aspects of bookkeeping from sales and purchase ledger, to payments, salaries, reconciliation of GBP and foreign bank accounts, management accounts, etc. I have also prepared year end accounts for various clients using Iris.

I was responsible for the accounts for the PFA. I was involved in setting up the PFA as a registered charity. I carried out the day to day bookkeeping, paying suppliers, managed cash flow, including floats etc for events. I produced profit and loss statements for all events and each year end, including presenting the financial situation to the PFA at each.

I was responsible for the accounts in their entirety for the company. I was involved in the inception of the company, assisted the Accountants in setting up the company and controlled all aspects of the finances. I carried out the day to day bookkeeping, set up and maintained the company as a Direct Debit originator, produced management figures and worked.

I was responsible for organising the installation of telephone systems, including ordering equipment and liaising with BT and sub-contractors accordingly. I produced basic profit and loss statements for each order and maintained the sales order book. I was also involved in producing quotations to clients, and setting up and installing equipment.

I provided secretarial services to a team of Sales Representatives, and the respective Sales Manager. Duties included typing memos and letters, checking expenses, arranging on site and off site meetings and presentations, and general administrative duties.
