*Provide back up support for Associate in Charge. *Coordinate bi-annual Career Fairs with Penn State University, Drexel University and others to recruit potential new hires, interns and co-ops. *Coordinate newspaper and internet classified advertisements for required positions as defined by internal management. *Review resumes received from various career fairs, newspaper and internet classifieds to assess suitable individuals for available internal positions that best fit. *Coordinate interview appointments with Associate and prospective employees. *Perform interviews with prospects during Associate s absence. *Such interviews include: review of job specifications and nature of work; review of employee benefits which include: medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401K options, vacation/sick leave, corporate incentives such as biannual picnics/holiday parties, bonuses, flexible hours, etc.; quiz prospective employee so that the questions and responses agree with the available position as well as to meet the needs of the hiring manager. *Ensure all appropriate hiring forms for new employees are completed, signed and submitted to Headquarters Human Resource Department for proper application of benefits, payroll and tax requirements. *Team with Baltimore Headquarters Human Resources Department as needed to ensure any new/updated or annual employee benefits are distributed among Pennsylvania employees for prompt staff awareness as well as corporate processing.
