I worked with global leaders to address the workforce challenges they face by enabling them to gain deep insights into the emotions that drive their employees, leveraging the award winning people analytics platform, Neurotech. This ground breaking platform is the first of its kind, combining neuroscience with technology to revolutionise how businesses measure engagement, satisfaction, resilience, wellbeing, inclusivity, equity, conduct risk and so much more. This analytics tool outstrips other surveys by delivering a metric measure of people's deep-seated emotions; it captures intuitive, automatic reactions at a nonconscious level, before moderation and conscious bias creep in, meaning that we can deliver an authentic picture of an organisation, its people and its culture.My role involved strategic planning with global clients to develop Neurotech assessments to will allow them to connect with their people at a human level - be they employees, members, customers, leaders or executive board. I worked closely with clients to provide end-to-end consultancy, managing project development, implementation, communications, data analysis, reporting, advisory and strategic action planning. I designed, scripted and created promotional content in multiple formats; developed and managed a client-facing repository of resources to streamline communications; developed processes and resources to project manage effectively and swiftly; led interdepartmental, global collaboration on projects to deliver the best outcomes for clients. I drove ongoing platform innovation to meet increasingly challenging client needs, and developed and led internal and external training modules on Neurotech data analytics.
