The Intake Worker is responsible for the daily intake of information about the Low-Income Heating Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or Low-Income Home Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). The position is required to perform other tasks as they relate to the program. The Intake Worker must be able to maintain client confidentiality and be respectful and courteous to all clients.
