Developed clear and informative work instruction and visual guides plus conduct training and training assessments, to ensure users can perform their tasks efficiently while in a class 1-3 cleanroom environment. Worked with vendors to develop equipment and tools to have a more efficient manufacturing process.

Baumann Spring Co (S) is a leading provider of spring and stamping parts in Asia. My duties in Baumann Spring included handling the Engineering department's administrative work with SAP ERP tracking. With SAP ERP, I would create a product identification number to keep track of its product movement from when it's in the prototype phase, mass production phase, and storage and delivery. I also would engage in inter-department discussion to resolve problems related to product quality and production.

This experience is part of a final year assignment that is completed during the second year of the Technical Engineer Diploma (TED), Machine Technology program. Our team collaborated with Baumann Spring Co. Singapore to tackle a production issue that they were facing. Specifically, the wire spring forming machines in their production department was experiencing significant downtime due to uncollected filled trays.To address this challenge, we worked closely with Mr Toh Nam Hor (Automation Lecturer, TED Machine Technology) and Mr Stephen Wee (Baumann Spring) to create a machine that could delay tray collection time while allowing the machine to continue running seamlessly without any downtime.Our solution proved highly successful and was awarded the Most Innovative Project Award in 2019, an honour that we are proud to have received.
