Established new redevelopment department and drove results associated with all aspects of the City of Atlanta's tax allocation district financing (TADs) and New Markets Tax Credits program to redevelop and revitalize targeted communities. Led team's issuance of approximately $550 million in bonds that have leveraged over $4 billion in private investment.
