Draft customized contracts for team athlete's and team sponsorship agreements for Race Team operations. Manage all aspects of product liability law suits from notice of claim through trial. Attend product liability inspections, attend mediations and negotiate settlements. Maintain insurance information and ensure proper coverage for companies including products liability, race events, corporate vehicle's, employee drivers, and general liability coverage for locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Access risk and benefits in forming new subsidiaries, file corporate documents to create new subsidiaries, draft corporate resolutions and maintain corporate books and records.
