I am a trusted adviser to A-list studios, production companies, networks, streamers, financiers, brands and other clients in the entertainment, media, technology, and non-profit industries, who rely on me to guide and advocate for them. My practice includes structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on entertainment agreements, including development, production, financing, acquisitions, licensing, and distribution (e.g., option/purchase agreements, first look and overall agreements, shopping agreements, production services agreements, co-production agreements, talent agreements, loan and investment agreements, co-financing agreements, license agreements, and distribution agreements).
