I worked here seasonally whilst at university.My roles here included:- Providing a high level of customer service.- Checkout support, ensuring all issues were dealt with swiftly and in the appropriate fashion.- Staff managment, coordinating large numbers of staff throughout the day to ensure smooth running of the store.

I undertook a placement here as part of my degree level studies, with my main area of focus being on The Water Taskforce. The aim of which is to bring together key members of the water industry with larger business in order to promote and practice water stewardship in order to ensure sustainability of water resources.- Data collection, analysis and interpretaion- Research on any given topic- Forming Case Studies - Report Writing - Event planning and management - Mainting effective communication between members - Personal Assistant duties

My roles here included:- Proof reading of online articles prior to publication, ensuring the correct spelling and use of grammar. - Article writing on any given topic which would require in depth research to ensure credability.- Blogging.

My Job roles here included: operating tills, stock control, facing up, cash management, animal/aquatic maintenance and customer service. During my time at Pets at Home I was awarded Employee of the Month three times (once employee of the month for the entire North Region chosen by the Regional Director).
