I founded, built and grew CADENCE Consultancy Ltd. prior to a successful Merger & Acquisition by Calian Group in 2020. At Calian, I continue to exceed EBITDA and revenue targets by creating winning teams using collaboration to powerful advantage. I have a proven track record in leading and contributing to proposals and sales capture planning and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth. Due to my continued full-time presence in Poland, I have established an impressive network of business and NATO contacts across Central and Eastern Europe while maintaining links to the UK defence market.
