In response to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, I founded Iniciatyva to address the urgent need for effective branding and communication among grassroots volunteering movements. As the Art Director, my mission is to provide top-tier design support to non-commercial organizations, citizen causes, and the Ukrainian military, ensuring they have the visual tools necessary to gain trust and support from both Ukrainians and the international community. My role involves creating unique brand identities, conducting targeted workshops, designing custom shoulder patches for military units, all on a pro bono basis.Iniciatyva has allowed me to merge my passion for design and strategic thinking with my commitment to social impact. I have successfully created identities for multiple organizations, enhancing their visibility and credibility, conducted workshops that empower activists and actors to leverage design for greater reach and impact.My objective remains steadfast: to offer the best possible design assistance to those who need it most, amplifying crucial voices and initiatives during challenging times.

As the Product Design Lead at SUITSME, I have been instrumental in driving the design innovation and strategic direction of our products from the ground up. I began my journey as a subject-matter expert in UX/UI and product design for SUITSME, casual mobile fashion game with a committed global fanbase. In this role, I quickly became an integral part of the team, responsible for overseeing every stage of the design lifecycle. My work encompassed wireframe prototyping, creating practical design systems, and assisting with branding for both the product and the company. Through innovative feature development and a user-centric approach, I led the ideation and implementation of new features, enhancing user experience and business objectives.In addition to my design responsibilities, I conducted impactful workshops with company leadership, fostering a culture of continuous discovery and improvement. Engaging with users through interviews and feedback sessions, I ensured that our products met and user expectations.As SUITSME expanded, I'm also working on product design strategy and development of FABU, a mental healthcare appCurrently, I lead the product design department, managing and mentoring a talented team to deliver exceptional design solutions for both SUITSME and FABU
