Mike works as an Identity and Access Management Architect at ANZ Bank with a growing interest in Data Science and Machine Learning.Mike has also been a Director of Software Engineering and Software Architect at Computer Associates. He has over 30 years experience in IT working in many roles: Developer, Development Manager, Consultant, QA Manager, Architect. Much of his IT experience has been gained designing and implementing Directory and Identity and Access Management products, tools and solutions, involving many diverse aspects: data modelling, schema design, privacy, encryption, performance tuning, synchronisation, configuration management and monitoring.
