In this role, I contributed to the smooth and efficient operations, communication, and training of a team of area managers, pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff. I also enabled the innovation and excellence of Aero's products and services, by implementing best practices, ensuring safety and compliance, and increasing revenue and profitability. Before joining Aero, I spent six and a half years as an Area Manager at JSX, a regional jet service provider, where I gained valuable experience in managing daily operations and overseeing safety and compliance.
