I provide a monthly 3 day seminar, with a goal of training and having between 10 and 20 students to become more active with the ignored and set to the side lines, victims os substance abuse, with no family or appropriate support to help this ignored population. My passion to treat and find support for the addicted, sexually abused traffickers and those abused in homes by dysfunctional families. I want to adopt them all, tell them they r love, help awaits them and they matter just as the next person to our comity of diversity. So I offer seminars thru National Acupuncture Detoxification Training people the skills and I have provided to my patients for 12 years. I’m an auricular acupuncturist with being well versed in pain management and PTSF, as well as substance ambush. My other practice is in functional medicine treating the cellular level. I treat what causes the pathology. I refuse to give bandaid medicine. Instead I research the reasons creating the pathology. It may be a deficiency of an enzyme within a the certain methylation or oxidation. We r detective doctors. We the treat in a patient-centered style that no other medicine has been trained nor have the knowledge. It all begins in the stomach and the biome’s health. Medicine must begin there. It’s believe and. Researched that the unbalanced GI tract is the reason of 99% of our growing autoimmunity diseases that continue to increase in number. One thing I waked away learning is each of us are biochemically, and if 6 patients came to my office with a an illness with the same, not one wound be treated the same. If there are a million people, there are a million diseases. We need to stop giving diseases names. It’s misleading, and god for bid the lack of education in nutrition of noting more than an embarrassment.

While attending SWAC, I also taught courses in biomedicine, specifically the 3 semester series in pathology and physical examination/lab and imaging.After graduation, and 5 years private practice, I decided to return to SWAC as a full professor teaching classes in both disciplines. I taught the majority of the required classes in biomedicine, including: Pathology I, II and III; Physical Examination, Laboratory and Imaging; A & P; Practice Management; and Medical Terminology. CAM courses included Microsystems (scalp acupuncture, cupping, YNSA, moxa...) and Point Location I.I supervised two clinics each semester, one being a "specialty" clinic where only auricular acupuncture was implemented. Having supervised clinic, i submitted a proposal, which was accepted, to begin a pilot program offering courses in clinical research. During my years of teaching, I had my proposal to begin a clinical research pilot program.
