As a Training Manager I was in charge of organizing and running training programs for employees. I also would identify what skills are needed, create training plans, and ensure that employees have the knowledge to do their jobs well. I also manage a team of trainers, choose training materials, and evaluate how effective the training is. My goal is to help employees improve and grow in their roles.

Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management
