We represent the Clients Interests through all phases of Land Development from Site Acquisition, Building Design Development through Construction and Occupancy.  The focus of Comanage’s efforts is to provide Land Development and Project Management expertise in every aspect of the Development Program. Acting as the Owner’s Representative, we represent the Owners’ interest in managing the Design, Consultants, Engineering and Construction team - monitoring and managing the Budget, oversight of the Project schedule and Quality compliance – through a Team approach our collaborative efforts are focused on the successful conclusion of each Project.  SERVICES OFFERED We assist Clients with their Development program - taking land parcels from the Draft Plan, Site plan approval and Permitting stage, managing the Design development, Project tender and Construction phases through to Close-out. This Process includes liaising with Municipal authorities to obtain the necessary Permit approvals, selecting and overseeing the Design Team - Architects, Engineers and Consultants, developing the Project Design consistent with the Owner’s parameters, tendering the Project and managing the Construction through to Close-out. PHILOSOPHYWe believe in the team approach to driving your Project Outcome.
