With retirement comes the opportunity for me to work for some organizations and causes I feel strongly about. Agriculture has always been a big part of my life from growing up on a PA dairy farm to working for the National Farmers Union and eventually becoming the state director for the newly formed PA Farmers Union. My farm background brought me into banking where I spent the rest of my working career. I have been a volunteer for the Lycoming County Fair located in Hughesville, PA (my hometown) for the past few years and I am currently the sponsorship chairman working to bring in sponsors for the fair. I also serve on the Tioga County, PA Farmland Preservation Board which helps secure farmland by buying the development rights. I also hope to continue to support and promote country music artists as they try to make their way to the top of the charts. There are so many talented singers out there that could use a break. If you have a venue and you want some talented country singers to perform, let me know and I will help you book some excellent talent.Of course I hope to travel some to visit my kids and granddaughter. Maybe even an overseas trip to visit some places I would like to see!

Commercial business development officer at Chemung Canal Trust Company. My emphasis is on generating new business for Chemung Canal while maintaining a working relationship with my current clients. I have a strong ag background to go along with my ag lending experience. The majority of my clients are small business owners that work and live within the communities I service. My service area includes Bradford Co. PA, Tioga County PA and the markets in and around Waverly, NY.

As Executive Director I was responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. I was responsible for organizing meeting and legislative initiatives important to the organization. I set up regular annual trips to Washington D.C. to have our members interact directly with our legislators. Member of the PA Farmers Union Hall of Fame.
