My residential and commercial experience is diverse. My commercial experience includes multimillion-dollar buildings such as Gap, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, and Ulta. I’ve also worked on smaller projects including, McDonalds, Toppers, Old Country Buffet, Hobby Works, and Centex Town Homes. My responsibilities have included but are not limited to: coordinating work with consultants, conducting surveys, ADA and remodel reports, ensuring continuity and consistency of documentation through all design, permitting and self-cert., construction administration, reviewing design & construction documents, reviewing shop drawings, and closeouts. As a result of my experience and course work, I am proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). There have been several opportunities to train other teammates on how to use these programs. Furthermore, my expertise allows me to travel out of town for surveys on various projects.
