• Use computer-aided design/drafting (Revit,AutoCAD etc.) software and equipment to create drawings.• Prepare drafts and drawings based on the client's specifications and send them to the appropriate authority for approval and finalization.• Analyze, design, and implement business/technical solutions to fulfill the client's objectives.• Quantity take-off using software.• Produce and modify drafts/drawings (detailed shop drawings, As built drawings, assembly drawings etc.)• Create and maintain an orderly file system for all production drawings; collaborate with the estimating and planning units during tendering process to guarantee the effective development of tender programs.• Capability to analyze facts and circumstances and devise innovative solutions.

• Provide Bill of Quantities• Calculating the volume and area of the structural elements• Drafting and making templates of structural drawings • Computing load calculations as per National Structural Code of the Philippines 2015 • Provide structural analysis of the building • Preparing detailed estimates, technical description, and material summary of the project • Making monthly monitoring report of every ongoing projects • Site supervision if plans are properly executed • Provide punch list for final inspection • Checking and evaluating test results complying to the given design • Coordinating with the head of planning & development, university engineer, and university architect
