Managing project assignment for the Technical Account Manager team. Holding/running weekly Project status meetings with the TAMs, Marketing, and NOC Management. Representing the TAMs in weekly Project status meetings with Management, Infrastructure, and the Electricians.Managing all technical aspects of large or high profile projects from the ground up. Creating bill of materials, power allocation documents, IP justification documents, purchase orders, and anything else the customer might need in regards to the project. Excellent at using Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, ticketing systems, and project management software to keep track of all current projects, as well as completed projects. I coordinate work within the projects with the various teams responsible for deployment, and ensure a high level of quality is maintained. I work closely with the sales and business account management team to win new sales, and increase sales with existing customers. Monitor the health and status of the network and supporting infrastructure, including internal network and systems, customer facing network, hardware leased to customers, transit links, and private links to customer locations. Efficiently investigate and troubleshoot alerts, and escalate to an engineer when necessary. Working with customers to support existing services via a ticketing system, by phone, and in person. Fulfilling customer requested remote/virtual hands work, such as replacing hard drives, racking servers, running and testing network cables, and backup tape changes. Also responsible for assisting DCT II's with the deployment of new services, shipping and receiving of customer equipment, general facility cleanliness, and filling in with the security team as needed.
