As a motorcycle mechanic and service expert, I have over six years of experience in repairing, maintaining, and servicing various types of motorcycles, especially Suzuki and Yamaha models. I have earned certifications from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute as a Suzuki Tech and a Yamaha Tech, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in the field. I have also worked as a service technician and a service representative at First Turn and Walker First Turn, respectively, where I have applied my decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, as well as to diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform quality checks. My mission is to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, as well as to ensure the safety and performance of the motorcycles I work on. I am passionate about motorcycles and enjoy learning new techniques and technologies to improve my craft.
