We are working with various vendors and technology teams to assist the ICICI IFSCA Unit in providing better digital services.Corporate Internet Banking GIFT City: We worked as a team to deliver a seamless banking experience for IBU-based corporate clients.Outward Remittance: To enhance the customer experience and reduce manual intervention in global fund transfers, we have implemented a fully automated journey for outward remittance for IBU clients, in compliance with GIFT City regulations.Fixed Deposit: To improve the customer experience and minimize manual intervention in creating and managing fixed deposits, clients can now use Internet Banking to create fixed deposits, receive automated advice and letters, and check the details of their fixed deposits online. The process also includes automated tax deduction at source for interest, in compliance with GIFT City regulations.Report and Dashboard Generation: In a developing geography, data is crucial for understanding banking trends and anticipating future market requirements. We collaborated with stakeholders to create reports and dashboards for regulatory reporting, transaction monitoring, and analyzing marketing trends.

Soft skills play an important role in expressing ideas and information. As a Soft Skills club, we conducted group discussion programs, mock interviews, case studies, and activities, assisting our batchmates and the institute in creating and developing individuals with overall readiness for the corporate world.
