Johnson (India), A division of Prism Cement Ltd.. , a leader in Tiles Industry, brand well known as Johnson Tiles, Marbonite, Endura, from 16th August 2007 - Till DateJob Role:-• Import procurement of trading material such as sanitary ware, shower panels, bathtubs, wooden flooring, tiles, kitchens, Etc. majorly from China & Germany• Hand on experience in High Sea Sale & Third country Export type transaction, both in SAP & functional activity• SAP based purchase orders execution, on the basis of Indents received from Divisional heads & coordinating with Master data or creations of Material / Vendor codes.• Managing daily Operation & circulate material arrival reports facilitating sales personals.• Liaison with overseas/local vendors, in respect of products, orders, payments, shipments, quality issues, commissions, etc• Liaison with CHA, Transporter & Freight Forwarder in reference to clearance & delivery of consignments.• Liaison with internal departments such accounts, finance, etc in managing flow of necessary import documents for L/c’s , payments, Insurance, bill booking etc• Preparation Monthly MIS, Annual Reports, Vendor reports, commission & payments statements etc.,• Timely GRN & Highlighting the quality issue to vendors, guidance to warehouses in getting insurance claims.• Maintaining technical & commercial information for products and passing the required Information Sales / PMG Teams, Also maintaining master data for all material & updating the blue book blue book.
