Current• Head of WW Customer Support (India operations), India Inside Sales (Business Development) team, Community Forum, Support Content, and Data analytics teams• Responsible for strategic planning, relationship management, resource management & development of support center. Spearheaded growth from a 10-member email support team to a 250+ member powerhouse, spanning multiple countries and channels (Phone, Chat, Email, and Public Forums).• Drive best-in-class customer care experience. Led efforts to deliver top-tier customer care, prioritizing excellence and relentlessly focusing on Net Promoter Score (NPS). Achieved steady progress, elevating NPS from 9 in Q1’19 to 77 by Q2’24.• Drive revenue growth for the India business by leveraging the Inside Sales team to achieve predefined milestones.
