My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Delhi, which was later enhanced by a Diploma in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership (IIGL). Afterwards, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Management and Development from the Malaviya Centre for Peace Research, Banaras Hindu University (UNESCO Chair).My professional experience is as diverse as it is enriching. As a Team Manager at UNICEF India, I led resource and mobilisation campaigns, managed cross-functional teams across multiple locations, and collaborated with international teams to drive impactful initiatives. Earlier in my career, I took on the role of Business Strategist and Owner at APMC Keshopur, where I successfully revitalized operations, stabilized financial performance, and implemented innovative strategies to boost profitability.I bring a unique blend of skills, including leadership, strategic communication, analysis, team management, negotiation, business strategy, fundraising, and research writing. Now, as a research scholar, I am focusing on academic writing and developing nuanced perspectives on international issues.
