Responsibilities:• Check upon the front office team with check in and check out process is running smoothly• Prepare GST invoices• Helped preparing and meeting monthly budget of the property.• Prepared daily sales report, flash report and forecast report.• Stay up to date on Room Rates, Special Packages, Discounts and how to handle each• To use the up-selling techniques in order to maximize the Rooms Revenue.• Being Knowledgeable of all the Credit cards and cashing Policies, and How to Handle Cash properly and efficiently.• Develop Detailed Knowledge of the Rooms Locations, Facilities and Types.• Be thoroughly aware of the Hotel Reservation System, and cancellation policy.• Action the Housekeeping reports immediately upon Receipt, record Discrepancies and report to the Shift Leader.• Prepare duty roaster for the front office team• Handle guest issues• Take meeting of front office team and ensure all the new joiners get proper training
