Delta Squared, established in 2017 with the mission of providing our clients with tailor made solutions for energy storage systems. Our vast knowledge and experience in Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), Chargers, Inverters and Battery System equips and enables us to cater to a wide range of customer requirements from the design and supply of individual equipment to complete end to end systems.Our services are divided into 5 phases which are consulting, design, commissioning, training and surveillance. All these phases will ensure that we follow through the whole process from project incubation stage to entire life time of the equipment. To complement our services, we have partnered with reputable international companies to integrate their products be part of our solution. Some of the products include Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS),  Battery Racks and Cabinets, Acid pans and neutralizing pillows.

Chetan Sheth is the co-founder and Lead Consultant of Delta Squared Consultants Sdn Bhd, a firm providing consultancy services in Value Management and Energy Storage Solutions. From an Electrical Engineer by qualification to an advocator of value engineering, Chetan's career has taken a totally different angle from where he started. He has diverse working experience from the manufacturing industry to the service industry as a management consultant. Chetan has an MBA from University Malaya and a Bachelor of Electrical (Power) Engineering from University Tenaga National (UNITEN). He is trained in Value Engineering Methodology by SAVE International - Society of American Value Engineers in Cairo, Egypt. Additionally, Chetan also attended multiple leadership and management training as part of his self-development during his corporate career, including the Leadership Development Program by Kenan Flagler Business School, Toronto, back in 2015. Chetan has leveraged his more than 15 years of academic and professional experience to develop this program to ensure sustainable and result-oriented organisational outcomes. His passion for analytics and problem-solving has driven him to conduct numerous value management workshops in Malaysia and Indonesia.

- Establish long term industrial plan for Engineering to Order (ETO) factories in East Asia based on marketing strategies and sales ambition. - Define Make or Buy, Outsource or Insource and Rebalancing strategy.- Manage major industrial projects as define in industrial plan, in liaison with the factories, Front Office and R&D. Study new production/process technologies.- Optimize supply chian of factories & productions based on technology, processes, taxes.- Drive synergies with Industrial Deployment and Business unit - Manage industrial footprint through transfer, consolidation, expansion & rebalancing projects.

- Member of the management team of Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. - Spearhead the Project Management, Project Engineering, Drafting, Documentation team towards meeting and exceeding company objectives and goals.- Identify, coordinate and implement operation initiatives that will create exceptional client experience.- Maintain close ties with all departments to ensure successful execution of projects in Switzerland & Malaysia.Key Achievements - Expand the Engineering team from 25 to 50 HC including documentation & drafting in 3 years as part of the rebalancing strategy between Gutor Electronic LLC (Switzerland) and Gutor Electronic AP.- Improve employee engagement from 20%(2012) to 82% in 2015- Establish SLA with Gutor Electronic LLC (Switzerland) to provide regional project execution support. - Improve project execution capacity with CAGR 5.5% from 2012 to 2014

• Lead the continual development of the engineering team competency to support the organization’s drive for customer service excellence.• Manage overall engineering team, ranging from strategic planning, budgeting, execution and hiring.• Organize work load and ensure successful, cost optimized and on time project delivery.• Provide support to the team members in case of strong difficulties during project execution.• Assist sales with technical support during the offer stage.

- Design and engineering of custom-made UPS systems and guiding the project from day one until delivery.- Prepare electrical single line diagrams, connection diagrams, wiring diagrams and project specific documentation.- Coordinate and plan activities with customers and Gutor HQ for project scheduling, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and shipping and commissioning.
