• Postpaid Acquisition Commission Validation as per S&D note approved policy.• Assist Finance manager in review and development of Targets and Annual Budgets.• Prepare monthly consolidated and Circle-wise financial analyses & Collection Reporting to management.• Target setting & analysis for Business Collection reporting.• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, prepare reports, making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations.• Arranging Budget to RHRS for various types of Business & Invoice booking.• Resolving PBP (Postpaid Bill Payment) errors & maintaining commission rate & discount rate in SAP.• Develop and refine key business metrics and drives robust analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, while evaluating possible alternatives and recommending appropriate actions across Corporate Finance.• Daily Product price configuration as per request from Circle & Control of Free of Cost (FOC) Pricing.• Handling Internal and External Audit requirements.• Access SAP general ledger system and financial reporting systems to pull actual financials for use in trending and forecasting analyses.• To work on large subscriber database of RCOM postpaid subscriber to infer business insights by using SAS features EG-GUI.• Prepare monthly journal entry accruals, Budget vs. actual variance analyses.• Work on ad-hoc tactical data requirements and actions.

• Preparing Business MIS (Disbursement MIS) on daily basis for Retail loans (Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Home Equity, Tractor Finance etc.)• Work with Team to manage and support all phases of the expense financial planning process including consolidations.• Review monthly expenses to ensure that expenses are booked correctly and work with the accounting team to make any necessary reclassification.• Maintaining Monthly Stamp Agreement Reconciliation by coordinating with branch personnel.• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and 3 year strategic plans in conjunction with managers in company’s analytics and enter the numbers into company’s planning system.• Preparing & ensuring completion of the processing activities & disbursement of loans within the TAT.• Handling walk in customers and resolving the issues by offering foreclosure as well as settlements so as to minimize the loss of company.• Preparing test scenario for performing UAT (User Access Test) in system for new functionality & development for SAP & TCS bancs system.• Preparing & maintaining track of Life Insurance MIS of the Customers availing Auto Loan & Personal Loan and also preparing payment advice against the premium to be paid to Insurance company (Kotak & Tata-AIA).• Work on ad-hoc projects/analyzes including systems user-acceptance testing Help integrate any new acquisitions.• Coordinating & Guidance to Branches for Contract Booking system Issues in SAP & TCS Bancs.
