Key Responsibilities• Interact with Project Managers/Sourcing Managers to understand requirements/Project needs.• Strategize and plan based daily/weekly priorities • Execute the recruitment plan for the month/week• CV sourcing and Short listing ,Scheduling interviews & Telecons• HR interviews/Candidate Qualifying/Personality/Assessment• Execution of evaluation Test/Interviews, Seek feedback from Technical Team and take actions.• Analysis/Review of progress on a Daily/Weekly basis• Database Management/Tracking.• Prepare Management reports on a weekly/Monthly basis• Ensure the recruitment cycle is clearly monitored and tracked• Continuously get updated on technologies applicable-by interacting with Technical Team.

Handling a team of 4 members. Setting up the targets to the team, ensuring whether they are reaching up the targets. Motivating them towards the goals. Making a report on the team about their performance and submitting to the director. Screening and short-listing profiles, scheduling for tests/interviews, conducting preliminary interviews to ensure fitment. Delivering the Quality profiles to the clients. Interacting with the clients. Following up the offers made by the team till the final joining of the candidates and Periodic Evaluation Maintaining database. Coordinating with Managers on the requirements. Coordinates candidate - client interviews. Candidate offers and rejections. In case of offers negotiating salary, pay rate. Maintaining of records/tracking sheet and submission of the same. Worked extensively on the References social networks, job portals.

• Understanding client's manpower requirement on technical grounds/parlance.• Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals such as Monster, Naukri, Times job, and Jobs Ahead.com• Understanding the resume based on technology, skill set, experience and education. Short-listing the matched one.• Interview aspirants and evaluate their skills over the phone/in person• Screening and sharing matching profiles with Clients.• Co-ordinating with Clients from scheduling their interviews, selection and making offers till the offered candidates get on the board.• Follow up till closure, and post closure follow up.• Visited client companies to discuss future business.• Scheduling and vigorous follow-up of Candidates.
