In my role as CTO at QED Energy Solutions, my responsibility is to build products and cloud services to better price optimization in the energy sector. As part of the founding team I pitched the idea and successfully raised seed funding from a reputable investor. Coalbid.com is the first product released under QED to address the fundamental problem of price realization for companies procuring coal. CoaBID.com is provided on a PaaS model to customers to interact in real time for purchase of coal, this service is being rolled out to other unregulated commodities. As the CTO, I lead the development from product design to final roll-out, currently there are two successfully pilot implementations.
