ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Configure, troubleshoot Internet, IPVPN (or MPLS L3VPN), L2VPN Services. We manage its Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Add or Remove specific sites from his VPN. We manage its Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Add or Remove specific sites from his VPN. Customer submits new order for his site requirements.• Configure PE (Provider Edge) devices by understanding customer requirements such as bandwidth, WAN IPs, Class of Service Markings etc. and prepare the configurations accordingly. • Troubleshooting BGP peering and Path for L3 MPLS VPN, VPLS, EVPL, L2VPN services. Configuration and troubleshooting of ingress/egress QOS policy, marking and rate limiting the ingress/egress traffic.• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) for HOTCUT Orders.• Has sound knowledge of MPLS Technology used in conjugation with L3VPN and L2VPN.• Has good knowledge of Interior Gateway protocols such as OSPF, RIPv2, EIGRP and BGP.• QOS: Single and Multi Class (4 and 6 COS models DSCP, IP Precedence etc.)• Configure Multicast (PIM-SM, Rosen, Sparse, Sparse Dense etc.) if requested by customer• Work on expedite and VP escalated orders, work with activations team to resolve the cases of failed activations.LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:• SOW Monitoring ( Billing structures, Slabs, CF’s – Conversion Factors )• Ensure high quality project deliverables and alignment to Infosys and client goals. Analyze SLA missed cases and provide justifications for the same. • Prepare opportunity reports every week in order to have a track of monthly revenue targets.• Mentor the team members and resolve their issues and queries. • Participate and prepare monthly Ops Deck presentation for client.
