Review: The Project has detailed study for mass balance and Hydraulic calculation for HGU (Hydrogen generation unit) for capacity 2x44000 TPD. The Line sizing is done with the help of supportive documents like Plot plan, Elevation plan, Equipment data sheet. I prepared a excel program which matches the result of in-house software.

FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY: Preparing Feasibility Reports, Process flow diagram (PFD), piping and instrumentation (PID) & diagram shows equipments, piping, valves and fittings. Preparing Mass balance & Energy balance diagram for each operations and overall process. Calculating & preparing a diagram to show the fluid flow, composition, pressure and temperature.  Preparing an outline design of the reactor & reactor furnace. Preparing equipment specification, schedule, listing equipment items with their size, operating conditions, materials of construction. Knowledge in Codes and Standards like ASME, API, TEMA, Indian Standards. Very Much Familiar With the PC Skills and Making calculation on Excel Sheet and Excel Programmer, and making Basic PFD using VISIO and Works.
