 Working as Shift superintendent of Polypropylene operations. Independently handling the plant during shift duty. Controlling all operational activities. Observing the safety and pollution control for safe working environment. Maintaining process parameters and product quality. Tackling process/safety emergencies. Detection of process problems and solving the same. Looking after normal Start-up and Shut-down as per SOP.  Production planning, Grade change over as per market requirement. Planning of Grade change over for different grades of PP homo polymer to reduce transition quantity. Co-ordination with other departments for operations and maintenance of the plant.  Close process monitoring and ensuring optimization in all phases of production activities of the plants.  Process Hazard Analysis for Polypropylene  Follow up of Process Safety Management for PSSR, MOC & PHA Man power, Material & Production handling. To release different kinds of safety work permit. Housekeeping and maintaining safe working environment.
