Solely Responsible for complete Purchasing Activity for Syringe and IV Cannula -Raw material, Packing Material, Components, Cannula, Needles and all logistics activity of material.

 Commodities Handled: Fabrication, Casting, Machining (Milling, Drilling, CNC, Turning etc.)  Electrical and electronics bought-out  Capital equipment procurement.  Consumable procurement. New product Development and Ongoing projects  Sourcing of new products as per BOM both mechanical parts; assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.  Maintain effective and competitive pricing always.  Monitoring stock and order product accordingly by ensuring timely delivery to project. Timely feedback to project team for design, correction & improvements.  Pricing  Cost analysis after receiving quotation from suppliers. Negotiation of prices to ensure competitiveness.  Negotiation with local and overseas supplier for fabricated parts, machining part, bought out products.  Vendor Development Established procedure for vendor development Identification of the supplier as per project requirement from local as well as overseas market (China, Taiwan). Successfully evaluated more than 40 suppliers as per evaluation criteria. Monitoring of Vendors performance  Appoint new overseas / local vendors and develop existing vendors.  Follow up with vendors for product dispatches and supplies in line with requirements.  Feedback to vendors for ensuring maintenance of minimum quality norms in conjunction with project team or project lead.  Achievements: -  Reduced the procurement cost for the project by negotiation with supplier and by finding our better alternative for material used in project. (Quoted Cost for project ₹ 47,00,000 /- and final negotiated cost is ₹ 25,00,000/-) Successfully identified 12 vendors from overseas market as per project requirement and completed primary evolution. Negotiated with overseas supplier for product cost as well as shipping cost and reduce it down by 15%. Documentation related to purchase and vendor development as per quality management system.
